Good Location, Some Issues

central locationsufficient optionsdirty floorfrayed towel
The location is very central. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The continental breakfast had good coffee and sufficient options. The rooms had a nice view overlooking the park.
The room floor felt dirty when walking without shoes. The kitchenette blocked the window with shutters, so I could not open them. The bathroom towels were frayed and discolored.

The stair carpet was filthy. made me scrutinize the rest of the place. The photos made the rooms look much larger! though the parking was expensive.
